I’m Jacqueline “Coach Jackie” Lauderdale, a coach, speaker, and strategist dedicated to helping people move forward with intention.
My journey did not start on a stage. It started through real life. From navigating personal challenges to becoming one of the youngest collegiate head coaches in the country, I learned that growth is not about avoiding obstacles. It is about learning how to move through them.
Today, I bring that same approach into every space I step into, working with individuals, students, and organizations to build clarity, confidence, and direction.

I really got to know Jackie when she was 15 years old. The more I talked with her the more I realized that there was something special about her.
I’ve observed Jackie grow and learn as a young woman. I’ve seen her face one difficult situation after another. This continued on throughout most of Jackie’s young, adult life. As they say, life isn’t always fair, and in Jackie’s case, this was very true. She was a good young lady who was always so sweet and positive, though problems just kept coming her way. It absolutely amazed me how upbeat and positive she would remain through just about any situation. I was astounded.
I was very close with Jackie and we would have many, long conversations. She often confided with me how many friends and acquaintances would speak with her about their personal problems. Heck, there were even some of her male acquaintances that wanted to date her and she would give them a collar pull and advise them on how they might remedy their current relationships and what it meant to be a good partner and parent. Some of those guys took her words to heart.
All the while I watched Jackie grow and learn, and continue to face adversity, I never saw her bitter or giving up. She always had a plan to advance herself, even while raising a son who she was determined to raise as a smart young man walking a path of strength and intelligence.
I think that Jackie’s life is divinely guided. I’ve seen miracles occur in her life. She always kept her heart on God and took the time to check in on friends and family.
I know that she will help many people with her natural gift of wisdom and common sense. The world needs more people like her and she just needs to step out there and let people know she’s there for them.
