I’m Jacqueline “Coach Jackie” Lauderdale, a coach, speaker, and strategist dedicated to helping people move forward with intention.
My journey did not start on a stage. It started through real life. From navigating personal challenges to becoming one of the youngest collegiate head coaches in the country, I learned that growth is not about avoiding obstacles. It is about learning how to move through them.
Today, I bring that same approach into every space I step into, working with individuals, students, and organizations to build clarity, confidence, and direction.
When your mindset shifts, your actions follow, and everything starts to change.

I work with people and organizations who are ready to move forward. Not just stay motivated, but take real, intentional action.
Whether you are navigating change, building confidence, or developing leadership, the goal is simple. Help you see clearly and take the next step.
Yield to Self-Awareness. Understand what is shaping your patterns and decision Own Your Narrative. Take control of your story and how you show up. Unleash with Purpose. Move forward with clarity, confidence, and direction.
This is not just about inspiration. It is about applying what you learn in real life.

Through my nonprofit, Essentially M.E., this work extends into communities that need it most.
Essentially M.E. focuses on providing mentorship, life skills, and personal development programs, especially for youth and underserved communities. The goal is to help individuals build confidence, clarity, and a vision for what is possible.
The Essentially M.E. Podcast is a space where growth meets real life.
Through honest conversations with athletes, leaders, entrepreneurs, and everyday individuals, we talk about what it takes to grow through challenges, shift your mindset, and step into your purpose.
This is not just inspiration. It is perspective, strategy, and real-life application.

I share reflections, tools, and real-life guidance to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. You’ll also get updates on upcoming programs and community work.
